The competition our young graduates face for career opportunities can be intense.
There are often numerous qualified candidates vying for limited internships, apprenticeships and university places, not to mention full time career opportunities. Today’s school leavers/university students need to be much better prepared than their predecessors.
Undergraduates are required to start applying for career opportunities in their second year. Most of these opportunities require a LinkedIn presence to back up an individual’s CVs and this includes having an excellent headshot showing the young person to be likeable, capable and trustworthy.
